KOREAN RICE CAKE

If you enjoy the Foochow rice cake, you will enjoy this Korean version. It is interesting that their shape is different. Don't ask me why the shape is like that. There must be a reason or a story behind it I guess. They sell the sauce separately. To me, it feels like preparing pasta. It is up to your imagination what kind of ingredients you want to add into it.

We give it a nice wash, just rinse through the water.

Then, put in some meat and vege and just fry it. Ready to serve, very simple. As easy as preparing pasta.
