Phua Chu Kang Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian sitcom spin-off to the original Singaporean Phua Chu Kang, first debuted on MediaCorp TV Channel 5. The series reprises Gurmit Singh and Irene Ang, and produced in collaboration with MediaCorp[1]. It made its first debut on ntv7 on March 25, 2009. This is the first time PCK is totally filmed and produced in Malaysia, featuring Malaysian actors.

Phua Chu Kang Sdn Bhd continues from the events of Phua Chu Kang. Phua Chu Kang and his wife leave Singapore to expand his business in Malaysia. He forges a partnership with millionaire Izzy to turn their construction company into a more successful business. Izzy’s mother Fatimah becomes a maid at the Phuas’ and Rosie’s sexy sister Suzie moves in with them. In need of workers to boss around, Chu Kang hires Bang, who is all brawn and no brain. Soon, Chu Kang’s company is threatened as he learns that Izzy’s brother Fazzy has his own construction business and is his main rival.

Anyway, the real reason for this post is not about the new branch he sets up in Malaysia but about his appearance everywhere in public transports around Singapore lately. They even have a rap song to go with it. There is also a related article.
