HOME-MADE FRIED SHISHAMO

Shishamo is one of my most favourite Japanese fish. I really love to eat this fish until I am fully satisfied. They are normally served in a set of 3 or 4. I managed to find a cheap source of Shishamo in Johor Bahru and bought it back to cook.

I just deep fry them. Simple and they taste great! With wasabi and Japanese soya sauce, that's all you need! Yummy!
