FOOTBALL: ENGLAND 2, ITALY 2/3, FRANCE 1, GERMANY 1, HOLLAND 1, PORTUGAL 0/1

I am too busy and too tired to watch a single match this week and the end results is above. Thanks to Ah Hung for the updates on the Chelsea-Barca during the match. I was surprised you can stayed up late to watch with next day still needing to go to work! Osc too for giving the results by noon! Hope you did well with ur exam! All the best man!

I have to admit that Ronaldinho's claim that England will have no representatives in the next round really made Spain look stupid now! Haha! Nevertheless, funny as it seems, he was the one who said he would do the talking in the field than off it.

Anyway, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Arsenal, Manchester United and Monaco are out. It seems now then that Chelsea, Juventus and Milan are the favourites. We shall wait for the Inter Vs. Porto next week to know the final 8. As for the big losers, I think Barcelona have to start to understand that playing with 2 defenders against Europe's big guns will never work as Real Madrid had shown in the past. Arsenal really need to strengthen their defence and midfield with just 2 or 3 signings to strengthen the squad with more mature players. Manchester United and Real Madrid have old squads so they need new fresh, younger players below 25 to be able to challenge the honours in Europe. Monaco needs more stronger loan players or buy big players themselves.
