I saw this interesting notice pasted on the wall while having my site visit of Joo Chiat Road with my friend, Melvin. Interestingly, the person who made the notice has the photocopied/scanned copy of the identity card of this Alvin guy. Looking at the trouble he/she had to go through to print this thing out, he/she must be BADLY CHEATED! Haha!
